LG Retreats was founded in 2008 by Lora Gohmann. She was looking for a way to work from her home once her three children were all in school. Lora’s extensive travels and passionate desire to discover the wonders of the world made the travel industry the perfect harbor for her ambitions.
Since becoming Sandals Certified in 2008, Lora has maintained this status and annually renews her commitment to excellence. Her participation in numerous familiarization trips with Sandals enriches our services with firsthand insights into many of their world-class resorts.
Furthermore, Lora joined OSSN (Home-Based Travel Support Network) in 2009 and Vacation.com, the largest travel consortium, in 2010. Currently, she is on her journey towards achieving her Certified Travel Agent (CTA) accreditation.
